Rupture Disk

The STD rupture disk is an economical, pre-bulged rupture disk, with a 30° angular seating area.

Available in sizes 3/16" - 42" and available in pressure ranges 2psig to 80,000 psig. The STD is available in a wide variety of materials, which included 316 Stainless Steel, Monel, Inconel, Nickel, Aluminum and Hastelloy (C-276).

The STD is excellent for gas or liquid service. Optional components are vacuum supports, support rings and Fluoropolymer liners.

For optimum service life, the STD may be operated up to 70% of the stamped rating of the rupture disk with good service life.
