In today’s ever increasing competitive global markets there are ever greater pressures to improve existing levels of customer care. It is also important to recognise that customer care is not exclusively product related, but rather encompasses a whole range of other issues. The concept of TQM - Total Quality Management - is not a new phenomenon, but against a background of fierce competition, both within the UK, and more pointedly in international markets due to the continued rise in exchange rates, it is increasingly important that we, collectively, aim to provide a level of customer service that exceeds our competitors and that satisfies our customers expectations.

Very few would state that they have 100% TQM and certainly we are no exception. However, recognition, plus the systems which enable constant improvement, are definitely part of our routine.
